Biography:

Johnny was born on June 9th, 1963 at 8:44 AM in Ownesboro, Kentucky. He was raised in Florida. Johnny was 12 when his mom first bought him a guitar. He said helocked himself in his room for a really long time and just taught himself how to play. When he was 15 his parents divorced. Ever since his mom bought him that guitar his dream was to be a rock star. He was in a band called 'The Kids' who once opened for Iggy Pop. Althought Johnny still plays the guitar today (very well I might add) music never became his career. Johnny got married to make up artist Lori Anne Allison in 1983 and they got divorced in 1985. Johnny first got into acting when Lori introduced Johnny to Nicolas Cage who convinced him to audition for the part of Glen Lantz for the film 'A Nightmare on Elm Street.' Then in 1987 he took the part of Officer Tom Hanson in FOX's smash hit 21 Jump Street. Although this show gave Johnny a terrible image as a poster boy which he hated with a passion, this show is what got Johnny recognized in the acting feild. After that is when all the major movie companies BOMBARDED Johnny. From musician to movie star we find Johnny Depp where he is today. In my opinion and many others he is simply the most talented man in the history of time! WE LOVE YOU JOHNNY!

Johnny has had affairs with such women as Lori Anne Allison, Jennifer Grey, Kate Moss, Winona Ryder, and Sherilyn Fenn. He is currently with french singer/actress/model Vanessa Paradis. You can see pictures of them and their two BEAUTIFUL children on the Depp Family page.
